Orders are ready within 1-2 business days for in-stock products. We offer the in-store pickup option and the Canada Post parcel delivery option for an additional $15 fee. 

Return of merchandise

Given the volatile nature of the hobby, no exchange/refund will be possible. Sales are final. For any problems, do not hesitate to contact us.

Events and Refunds

Paying for your ticket online or in-store does not guarantee access to the product and prizes that would've been included if you had attended. Event tickets reserve a spot for you; however, if you are unable to attend the event for any reason, we reserve the right to distribute the items included with event participation to another participant. We also reserve the right to refund you, fulfill the original purchase or refund the ticket price based on available stock, using one of the following methods:

- Providing the original item included in the ticket price, but in one of the available variants (when applicable) of our choice, and without any additional attendance, participation, or prize items.
- A credit applicable toward the pre-release kit or any other items included in the event ticket.
- A number of booster packs equivalent to the ticket price (e.g., if the pre-release kit had a value of 5 packs—even if the kit actually contains 6—we might offer you 5 packs).
- A deferred credit for a future event.
- Store credit applied to your account.

The price listed on tickets applies to participants only. An additional charge representing the difference between the ticket price and the item originally included with participation may apply if you do not attend the event but still wish to collect the item(s) that would have been distributed (e.g., the pre-release ticket cost $40; if you do not show up but still want to collect the kit, and the price of the remaining kits is $50, we might charge you an extra $10 for the kit, since the original price was tied to event participation).

We will not distribute items reserved for these events prior to the set's official release date. Purchasing a ticket is not a workaround to gain access to products before the release date without participating in the event.

By participating in our events, you agree to:

-Adhere to the game's code of conduct (we will not refund your entry fee if your behavior or actions violate the guidelines and result in your expulsion from the tournament or the store premises).

-Register using the app and/or provide the necessary data to track your participation for our product allocation purposes.

-Complete at least one round (when possible, and depending on the game type, you may be required to complete the entire tournament).

We follow this policy to prioritize in-store players, as they are the basis for determining our product allocation for each trading card game.

Notice to Parents

Collect-Edition strives to be a welcoming, open, and safe shop with a friendly atmosphere.

However, please note that the shop is not responsible for children left unsupervised during events. Parents or guardians remain solely responsible for their children's safety and behavior, whether or not they are present on the premises.

If your children fail to follow the rules and guidelines established for the smooth running of events, become disruptive, behave inappropriately toward themselves or others on the premises, or commit any offense, we may:

-Ask you to come and pick up your children

-Require you to remain on-site for the entire duration of future visits

-Ban the child from attending events or entering the shop

As you are responsible for your children, it is your duty to ensure they have a way to contact you should any issue arise.
